| 摘 要： | 《体育法》确定：我国体育由社会体育、学校体育和竞技体育三部分构成，是为我国体育的三元结构。三者各有其特殊的形成。存在和发展条件，各有其独特的结构、功能、运作机制、运行规律和管理体制。它们在特定的社会历史条件下组合成一个系统或者分离运行。我国体育正在突破竞技一元突出的格局向三元分行的方向发展，这是我国体育发展新阶段的根本特征，重视这个问题对提高认识水平，发展我国体育事业有极其重要的意义。

| Abstract: | China's physical culture is a tripe structure, consisting of popular sports, physical education and athletic sports, as stipulated in "Sports Law". Each of the three parts has formed, existed and developed under its own specific conditions and has its own structure, functions, operational mechanism, operational regulations and management system. They run systematically or separately under particular social and historical conditions. Breaking the traditional pattern of the uniformity centralized with athletic sports, our physical culture has transformed into a triad, which is a fundamental feature for the new developing period of China's sports. Paying more attention to the problem will be of great importance to promoting China's sports cause. |
