| 摘 要： | 利用PSTN网络，用户可以通过家庭或办公室里的电话（手机）对远程电机进行监测与控制。实验结果表明该方案具有简单、实用、实时性能好，控制精度高等特点，具有较好的实用价值。

| Abstract: | The remote monitoring and spiced regulation system is described, which consists of telephone controller, PLC and inverter. Using PSTN networks, people can control and monitor motor by telephone in family or office. The practical application indicates that the design is characterized with simple, utility, real-time, high accuracy, with some practical value. |
