| 摘 要： | 构建和谐的师生关系，教师首先应当做到的是热爱学生，热爱学生就要尊重学生、信任学生、平等对待学生，重赏识教育，多鼓励、少批评，而且要经常换位思考，用尊重、平等、爱护的情感去感染学生，建立良好的师生关系，使学生“亲其师，信其道”。

| Abstract: | To establish harmonious teacher-student relation, teachers should love students first, because loving them is respecting them and believing them and treating them equally, then should pay attention to the appreciation education, which is to say, teachers should encourage them more and criticize less and also should do transposition thinking and influence them with valued, equal and fatherly feeling, should establish excellent teacher-student relation and make them be kind to all teachers and also believe what they have taught them. |
