| 摘 要： | 为提高护理教育研究,临床护理管理水平,挖潜高校与临床医院现有教育资源,创建护理重点实验室。通过护理教育的研究,临床新技术推广与实践、国际护理交流与合作平台的建立,提升护理人员的整体素质,对地方护理事业的发展具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | To improve the management standard of nursing education in and make best use of the resources and advantage in clinical teaching hospitals,a key nursing laboratory was established,aiming at improving the total quality of nursing professionals through educational teaching research,new clinical technique practice and international nursing exchange and cooperation,and promoting the development of nursing science. |
