摘    要:室内测定表明,蜡蚧轮枝菌MZ041024菌株菌丝和分生孢子在10~35℃均能生长,适合温度范围15~30℃,当温度在25℃时,第7d的菌落为2.477±0.084 cm,第14d为4.597±0.069 cm,第21d为6.789±0.073 cm;产孢量分别为1.676×108孢子/皿,4.283×109孢子/皿,7.062×108孢子/皿,说明25℃最适合蜡蚧轮枝菌MZ041024菌株生长.

Abstract:The mycelial biolmass and production of conidia of Verticillium lecanii Viegas MZ041024 were studied different temperature.The result showed mycelium growth and conidiospore production occurred at 10to35℃.The suitable temperature were between 15~30℃,But 25℃ was optimum temperature for mycelium growth and conidium production.The mycelia biomass of Verticillium lecanii Viegas(MZ041024) was compazatively high at 25℃ after 7d,14d and 21d.These diameters of colonies reached 2.477±0.084cm,4.597±0.069cm and 6.789±0.073cm.The conidia production reached 1.676×108,4.283×109 and 7.062×108condia/disn.
