| 摘 要： | 我国对高校强化班的研究始于20世纪80年代,重点集中在探索创新人才培养的新模式上。最近十年来,该论题研究有了深入的发展,这些研究主要集中在三个方面：对北京大学强化班的研究;对国内其他高校强化班的个案研究;对各类强化班的特征概述。但这些研究仍存在些问题：强化班培养理念与管理机制关系问题研究较少,侧重应试教育而忽视实践教育,严重忽视心理学在强化班课程体系中的重要地位。

| Abstract: | The study of university＇s intensive training class dates from 1980＇s in China,which focuses on the new model of innovative talents＇ cultivation.In the latest decade,scholars made a large number of studies which mainly include areas like the study of intensive training class in Beijing University,the case study of such classes in other universities and the characteristic summarization of variety classes.But this paper finds out that the inadequacy of the studies is still there such as the problems of training philosophy and management mechanism,laying extra emphasis on the exam-oriented education and neglecting the practical education,ignoring critically the psychology acting as a very important position in the curriculum system. |
