| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化的今天,通过资本市场引进境外战略投资者已成为外资并购的重要组成部分。而引进境外战略投资者涉及到的问题与风险,也愈来愈受到国人的关注。完善我国资本市场引进境外战略投资者的相关法律法规体系,政府进行适度干预,防止垄断,完善外汇管理是解决问题和防范风险的重要对策。
