| 摘 要： | 商会是在清末出现的最为普及、影响也最大的新式商人组织。20世纪的最初10年间,全国掀起了创设商会的高潮。明清以来山西商业虽然发达,但在商会的创设过程中却表现得相对迟滞,这与山西的社会历史环境有着直接的关系,也注定了其发展过程中所面临的困境。虽然山西商会也可称为资本主义性质的民间社团组织,但由于其与传统势力的联系紧密,对社会生活的作用和影响相对有限,与政府之间更多的是依赖和受制的关系,而较少自主性,这与沿海大埠的商会组织是不可同日而语的。

| Abstract: | Chamber of commerce was the most popular new merchant organization during the last year of Qing Dynasty, which exerted a significant influence. There was a upsurge of founding Chamber of Commerce in China in 1900's. Since Ming and Qing Dynasty. Shanxi commerce was booming, but the founding of Shanxi Chamber of Commerce was comparatively sluggish. The main reason lied in Shanxi's historical social environment. Shanxi Chamber of Commerce was called civil organization full of the nature of capitalist, but its function and influence were limited. The relationship between Shanxi Chamber of Commerce and government was interdependent and restricted, and Shanxi Chamber of Commerce had limited freedom. So, Shanxi Chamber of Commerce wasn't the same as the Chamber of Commerce in coastal area. |
