| 摘 要： | 提出了城市基础地理信息管理系统的基本解决方案。系统采用组件化的思想设计,利用ArcGIS Engine组件库为开发工具包,通过ArcSDE空间数据引擎存储基础地理信息数据于Oracle中,并以VB.net为集成开发环境,设计并实现了独立的应用程序HIGIS,为中小城市的"数字城市"工程奠定基础。
