| 摘 要： | 针对研究生教育创新能力,将研究生教育创新能力评价指标分为创新效率和效益两类评价模型,并采用CCR-DEA方法,对研究生创新能力进行了实证研究.通过细化研究生教育创新能力指标,可以有效甄别创新投入要素对产出的影响,从而为创新资源优化提供了方向,为政策选择提供决策依据.

| Abstract: | The graduate education innovation ability evaluation model has been built.Two kinds of innovation efficiency and benefit index have been used,and empirical analysis of the innovation ability of graduate students has been done by the application of CCR-DEA.By the refinement of graduate education innovation capacity,we can effectively measure the influence of inputs on the output,so as to provide direction for innovation resource optimization,and to provide decision-making basis for policy choice. |
