| 摘 要： | 文秘专业应用性极强，但文秘专业实训教学现状不容乐观，主要存在实训计划简单、实训内容陈旧、实训设备简陋、实训基地不稳、实训管理不严、实训师资不强等诸多问题。必须提高实训师资力量，采取分层实训模式，不断丰富实训形式，同时加快实训教学场所建设，强化实训教学考核，从而推进文秘专业实训教学的新发展，全面提高学生的秘书工作技能。
