| 摘 要： | 作为联盟成功的关键要素，关系资本有助于将联盟潜在价值转化为现实价值。联盟关系资本的主要内容是信任和承诺，同时亦受联盟结构因素的影响。本文主要从这三个方面论述了如何建立与维护联盟关系资本。

| Abstract: | Extant studies on strategic alliance management focus mainly on its structure factors,and cast insufficient importance on its relational capital management. As a key factor of alliance success,relational capital contributes to transfer potential value of alliance to realistic value. The main content of alliance relational capital is trust and committee,and it influenced by alliance structure. In this article,how to build and maintain relational capital from the three aspects is introduced. |
