| 摘 要： | 工程教育自近代以来经历了两种发展范式,即科学范式和工程范式。不同的教育范式对培养和造就工程师的责任要求是不同的。科学范式经历了技术阶段和科学阶段两个发展阶段,与此相适应,工程师的主要责任在技术阶段是对机构权威忠诚,在科学阶段是技术统治论;工程范式要求工程师的责任是承担社会责任,这种社会责任不仅要对当下自己的行为负责,而且要对未来负责,不仅对可预见的后果负责,还要对不可预测的后果负责。

| Abstract: | Engineering education experienced two periods of model development,the science model and the engineering model,which make different responsibility requirements for training and cultivating engineers.The science model requires an engineer's loyalty to his organization,which attaches great importance to technology priority.The engineering model requires an engineer to take social responsibility,which covers the responsibility not only for his present and future behaviors but for the predictable and unpredictable consequences. |
