| 摘 要： | 2006年菲律宾制定了生物燃料法,并在实践中补充和完善生物燃料政策。在确保粮食安全和生态安全的基础上,菲律宾注重渐进地发展生物燃料,保障生物燃料质量,给予税收优惠并多渠道融资,注重生物燃料信息化建设和宣传,注重部门间合作。菲律宾的经验值得我们借鉴。
