| 摘 要： | 引入波特“钻石模型”构建中国区域高等教育与科技创新协调发展评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型评估并解读两者复杂耦合关系。结果表明,区域高等教育与科技创新耦合作用强;区域高等教育超前、同步与滞后于科技创新发展情况共同存在;区域高等教育与科技创新协调发展程度不佳、整体水平偏低、区域差异显著,仅广东和江苏为良好协调发展类,尚未有区域达到优质协调发展类。最后,提出政府加强教育与科技资源统筹协调、促进企业与高校互动式发展等方面的提升策略。

An Empirical Study on the Measure of Coordinated Development of Regional Higher Education and Scientific and Technological Innovation in China |

| Abstract: | The coordinated development level of higher education and scientific and technological innovation is an important symbol to measure the degree of national development. On the basis of literature review, this paper introduces Porter''s "Diamond Model" framework to construct the evaluation index system of coordinated development of regional higher education and scientific and technological innovation in China, and uses the coupling coordination degree model to evaluate and interpret the complex coupling relationship between regional higher education and scientific and technological innovation. The results show that the coupling effect between regional higher education and science and technology innovation is strong; regional higher education coexists in advance, synchronization and lagging behind the development of science and technology innovation; the coordinated development of regional higher education and science and technology innovation is not good, the overall level is low, and regional differences are significant, only Guangdong and Jiangsu are good coordinated development. No region has yet reached the category of high-quality and coordinated development. Finally, the paper puts forward the promotion strategies of the government in strengthening the overall coordination of education and scientific and technological resources, and promoting the interactive development of enterprises and universities. |
