| Abstract: | Secretary is easy to hare psychological barriers in interpersonal communication.The purpose of this paper is to analyse how to overcome the psychological obstacles of interpersonal communication when training secretary talents in higher vocational education,and to discuss the causes and psychological adjustment method so as to put forward some effective measures,and the ways to realize them. |
