烧结工艺对BSTO/MgO铁电陶瓷的影响

摘    要:实验结果表明,BSTO/MgO铁电陶瓷在1450℃时烧结性能最好.在1450℃,随着保温时间(1~7h)的增加,BSTO晶粒和样品的调谐性都逐渐增大,介电损耗也随之增加,保温3h时性能最佳.

Abstract:The paper has a deep research of sintering process on properties of 45wt% Ba0.55Sr0.45TiO3/55wt%MgO(BSTO/MgO) ferroelectric ceramic.The results show that BSTO/MgO ferroelectric ceramic has the best sintering properties at 1450℃.With the holding time increasing from 1h to 7h,the particle size and tunability of BSTO increases gradually,but the dielectric loss increases.The best holding time is 3h.
