摘    要:根据新课程标准的精神和要求以及中学生的心理发展特征,通过心理调整法在体育教学过程中对学生思想和情绪影响的理论和方法的讨论,阐明心理学在中学体育教学中的作用,目的在于提高中学体育新课程标准的教学质量,使学生在体育教学过程中身心都得到良好的锻炼。

Abstract:According to the new sporit and requirements from the new Curriculum Standard in Middle School and the psychological development characteristics of middle school students,this article discuss the theory and method of the influence on students' thoughts and mood in the whole process of PE TEACHING thaching through psychology.It also deals with the function of psychology in middle school PE teaching.This article aims at improving the teaching quality of middle school PE teaching as well as making the students better involoved in the teaching process.
