| 摘 要： | 美国高校学生资助业由银行和贷方、二级市场、担保机构、替代性贷款和顾问、出版商等五个部门组成.尽管受到联邦直接贷款政策的挑战,它的发展前景依然乐观.通过对美国学生资助业的发展过程、结构、面临的挑战和发展前景等的思考,我国助学贷款体制可以从建立助学贷款二级市场、我国个人信用体系和国家助学贷款基金制度等几个方面进行完善.

| Abstract: | The Student Aid Industry of American Universities came from the federal guaranteed student loan program and now is one of the most important actors of American student aid policies. It has five departments including banks and lenders , the Secondary Loan Market , the Guaranty Agencies , the Alternative Loan Industry and Consultants and the Publishers. It has a prosperous future although it is faced with the challenges from the federal direct loan policy. Through study and reflection on it' s development history, structure, challenge and future, we can improve our national student loan system by adopting the ways such as setting up the secondary market of student loan , perfecting the system of individual credit and establishing the system of national student loan fund. |
