| 摘 要： | 分析了某制造企业人事管理工作的业务流程,针对现行人事管理中存在的一些问题,采用C/S（Client/Server）结构模式,使用VB＋SQL Server 2000设计开发了人事管理系统。重点对系统的设计思想、功能、结构、数据库设计等进行了介绍。
