| Abstract: | Difficulty of pooling funds of medium-sized and small enterprises becomes the restriction on their development. This paper, from perspective view of pooling fund structure of medium-sized and small enterprises, analyzed the present situation of non-equilibrium of pooling funds structure and its reasons. Finally, it put forward some strategies to optimize pooling fund structure. |
