| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展,就业市场首先要发生变化,继而影响到教育领域.按照就业变迁的逻辑顺序,分析就业数量、就业结构、就业方式的变化,可以提出教育培训的应对措施,如根据社会发展变化调整教育培训内容,多方面培养个体的综合素质与能力,注重个体性格与品质塑造等.
