| 摘 要： | 对13名优秀中国式摔跤女子运动员的月经状况进行问卷调查，并与专家和教练进行座谈，了解受试者的月经情况。结果显示：1）月经周期规律者占38．5％，不规律者占61．5％；2）经期正常参加训练和比赛者分别为76．9％和84．6％，训练或比赛后身体有不适反应的分别达90％和90．9％，而比赛成绩正常的只有9．1％，且痛经发生率高达92．3％；3）经期训练和比赛、精神和情绪因素、膳食营养、体脂率低及经期卫生知识缺乏等是月经失调发生率较高的主要原因。

| Abstract: | The article analyzed the menstrual condition and the reasons of menstrual cycle irregularities in 13 elite Chinese wrestling players by the methods of investigation and questionnaire.The results showed that: 1) the percentage of menstrual cycle irregularities in 13 players were 61.5%,the opposite were 38.5%;2)the players who were in the menstrual period normally took part in training and competition were 76.9% and 84.6%,after the training and competition they had the uncomfortable responding were 90% and 90... |
