| 摘 要： | 现代契约经济学的研究是从一整套概念、范畴和分析方法开始的。在契约研究的过程中,创造了一系列的模型、公式和类型。契约理论是现代经济学研究的主要方向之一,尤其是运用博弈论研究契约问题,对企业理论具有很强的阐释力,成了现代企业理论发展的一个新趋势。现代契约理论还回答了这样一个基本的问题:如何设计契约以解决由于所有权与控制权相分离引起的可能的利益冲突。现代契约理论合理解释了作为现代企业经营的基本问题之一的资本营运问题。

| Abstract: | Modern contact economics begin from a complete set of concept, category and the method of analysis. In process of study contract, a series of model, formula and types are created. The theory of contract is mostly studied in modern economics, especially with the theory of Game. The theory of modern contract solves the basic problem: how design a contact to solve the possible conflict of interest between ownership and control right. The theory of modern contract reasonably explains capital working problem that is a basis problem in the operation of modern firm. |
