| 摘 要： | 在管理日益信息化的今天,信息共享已经成为网络组织的重要特征之一,它要求组织支持多样化的见解和创意、在参与者中共享信息以及采取切实的行动实现信息共享,迅速、准确地获得所需信息对网络组织提高决策效率至关重要。本文认为,网络组织的信息共享能力是多种因素共同作用的结果,这些因素包括信息共享的基础条件、信息共享的组织机制、主动信息共享系统以及网络组织文化等;描述了网络组织的信息共享能力评价模型——Fuzzy-AHP评价模型;构建了网络组织的信息共享能力评价指标体系,并应用Fuzzy-AHP评价模型对一个特定网络组织的信息共享能力进行评价。从研究结果来看,Fuzzy-AHP评价模型是一种对网络组织的信息共享能力作出总体评价的有效方法。
