| 摘 要： | 毛泽东教育思想和邓小平教育思想，是马列主义与中国实践相结合的产物，具有鲜明的现实性、时代性，对中国教育事业的发展和改革产生了巨大影响和推动作用。邓小平在继承毛泽东教育思想精髓的同时，结合不断发展的时代要求，在诸多方面对毛泽东教育思想进行了创新和发展。着重从教育方针、教育的地位与作用、对知识分子的思想、人才培养目标和质量、教育改革和发展思想等五方面进行比较，探讨邓小平对毛泽东教育思想的继承和发展。

| Abstract: | Both Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping thoughts on education are a product of the combination of Marxism and practice of China, embodying distinctive features of practicality and the times, and are an impetus to the development of China's education and reforms. While inheriting the quintessence of Mao Zedong thoughts on education, Deng Xiaoping, bearing in mind the demands of the times, further developed Mao Zedong thoughts on education in many aspects. |
