| 摘 要： | 校外上岗实习是高职院校学生专业学习期间必须经历的一个实践锻炼过程,也是培养复合型、实用型、技能型人才的首要条件,更是学院实施实践教学的重要环节之一。其效用如何提高与改善,还需立足市场,加强调研,结合自身特色来量身定做专业人才,使之成为学生竞争上岗的致胜利刃,从而实现高职院校教育资源优化配置,真正把培养符合社会需求的人才目标落到实处。

| Abstract: | Exercitation outside campus is the practical training process that higher vocational college students must experience during their study period. It is also the precondition for cultivating comprehensive, practical and skilled talents and one of the vital procedures to apply practical teaching activities. In order to improve its effectiveness, we should base on market, strengthen the research and train the professionals according to the student's traits so as to help them to meet the employment challenge well. In this way, we can perfect the collocation of educational resources and train the much-needed talents to meet the demands of our society. |
