| 摘 要： | 邓小平政策思想，同马克思主义哲学思想一脉相承，其哲学思维折射着中国特色社会主义道路进程中的时代精神，不仅为当代中国社会发展的政策实践提供了科学依据，而且为中国改革开放事业在21世纪的发展指明了前进的方向。邓小平政策思想之哲学思维，主要表现为创造性地运用唯物论原理提出“解放思想、实事求是”的根本观点；运用辩证法原理提出“发展才是硬道理”的永恒主题；运用历史唯物主义原理提出“共同富裕”的价值标准；运用认识论原理提出“摸着石头过河”的基本方法。

| Abstract: | The ideas of Deng Xiaoping policy and Marxist philosophy can be traced to the same origin. The philosophical thinking of the ideas of Deng Xiaoping policy refracts the spirit of the times when China is heading towards socialism with Chinese characteristics. Not only does it provide the scientific basis for the practice of social development in contemporary China, but also points out the direction for the development of China's reform and open policy in the twenty-first century.
