| 摘 要： | 死刑立法是国际社会普遍关注的一大焦点。死刑的适用范围逐渐缩小，死刑的实际执行不断减少，死刑的判决程序严格法定，死刑的执行方法日趋丈明，已经成为世界性的基本趋势。我国目前还不能废除死刑，但死刑的立法强度可适当减轻，死刑适用的范围尽应可能缩小，有关经济犯罪和财产犯罪方面的死刑规定要予以削减。

| Abstract: | Legislation for death penalty has been drandn much attention in the international society. The adaptive range for death penacty is reduced gradually, and the same things for the excution of death penalty, The judgement procedure is strictly controlled, The methods for excution of death penalty tend to be civillization and it becomes to be world asical tendenly, Now China cant abolish the death penalty, but we can reduce the legistative strength and adaptive range for it, in the field of economical crime and property crime, we think. We should reduce the number of degrees for death penalty. |
