高职两年制数控人才培养方案探讨

摘    要:基于对珠江三角洲地区国有大中型企业、合资或独资企业、私有中小型企业等近百家企业,以及具有数控类专业的20多所高职院校进行的调研,提出高职两年制数控人才培养方案:加大专业技能培养力度;将职业技能考核内容嵌入专业课程教学体系;课程设置围绕专业方向;课程内容"够用、实用";强化学生技能综合训练。

Abstract:Based on investigation on more than 20 higher vocational schools which have numerical control specialty and almost one hundred enterprises in the pearl river pelta, the essay put forward talents cultivation plan for numerical control specialty of two-year system higher vocational education, and the characteristics of the plan are: enlarging cultivation degree of specialty skills; embedding professional skills examination into specialty course teaching; setting up courses surrounding specialty direction; making content of the courses adequate and practical, etc.
