摘    要:由于主客观各种因素影响,目前我国高校开设的《市场营销学》课程普遍存在忽视创新能力培养的问题.调整教学目标、提高教师素质、更新教学内容、优化教学方法、创新教学手段,加强大学生创新能力培养是《市场营销学》课程改革一项重要而紧迫的任务.

Abstract:Influenced by the objective and subjective factors,there exists a problem of neglecting innovative ability training in"Marketing" in our university.The authors point out that it is an important and urgent task to adjust the teaching goal,to improve teacher's quality,to renew the teaching contents,to optimize teaching method,to innovate the teaching measures and to strengthen the university students innovation ability training.
