| 摘 要： | 对健康的评价不应局限于医学生物学范畴，还应扩大到心理社会学的领域。健康是指身体、心理和社会各方面都完美的状态，因此学校的体育应该在生理、心理和社会适应三方面三管齐下，而不能偏颇其一。
