| 摘 要： | 利用L9(34)正交试验设计和Duncan法检验,确立了绣球花的花、叶中黄酮的最佳提取条件及其含量测定.结果表明,用1:10(g/mL)的50%(V/V)乙醇水溶液,提取温度为80℃,提取时间为1h,叶黄酮提取效率较好;用1:20(g/mL)的50%(V/V)乙醇水溶液,提取温度为80℃,提取时间为1h,花黄酮提取效率较好.在该提取条件下,花、叶的黄酮含量分别为5.25%、2.27%(m/m).
