| Abstract: | This article introduces a subject-based bilingual teaching to tourism education. The practice of the new teaching method is hoped to promote the training of composite talents for tourism industry and catering for international marketing. In this article, we display the function of the bilingual teaching, the principles of subject-based bilingual teaching model, the practice of the newteaching in "Management", and the valuation of the effects as well. |
