| 摘 要： | 侧踹腿在散打比赛和实战运用中的威力很大,是比赛中取胜的关键技术.文章从人体解剖结构和运动生物力学原理的角度出发对侧踹腿的技术进行分析,并对侧踹腿的训练方法和手段进行系统论述,以期为侧踹腿的教学和训练提供一定的理论参考依据.

According to the principle of biomechanics, and based on the human anatomy, this ar- ticle illuminated the training methods of side-kick. The result will provide a theoretic basis for teach- ing and training in the Sanda side-kick techniques. |
