| 摘 要： | 文章主要应用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,结合民族民间传统体育几年的实践工作,对民族民间体育人才的培养现状与培养途径进行了分析和探讨。得出以下结论:民族民间传统体育由于没有形成科学的发展体系,人才培养不能满足社会对民族民间传统体育人才的需要,民族民间体育的推广与发展也急需专业人才的成长;人才需求主要体现在学校体育改革、民族民间传统体育的推广与市场开发和全民健身对民族民间传统体育人才的需求;民族民间体育人才培养要充分发挥高等院校专业人才培养的作用,同时,青少年队伍的建设也是民族民间体育可持续发展的重要条件之一。
