| 摘 要： | 目的:通过女贞子提取物对大强度耐力训练大鼠不同组织一氧化氮(NO)含量与总一氧化氮合酶(T-NOS)活性的影响,探讨女贞子提取物对大鼠运动能力的作用机制。方法:24只SD大鼠随机分为安静对照组、运动对照组和运动加药组,每组8只。测定不同组织一氧化氮含量和总一氧化氮合酶的活性。结果:运动对照组和运动加药组大鼠各组织NO含量均显著高于安静对照组(P<0.01),运动加药组大鼠不同组织NO含量显著高于运动对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05);运动对照组不同组织总NOS活性均显著高于安静对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),运动加药组不同组织总NOS活性显著高于运动对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。运动加药组大鼠力竭运动时间比运动对照组延长23.09%。结论:补充女贞子提取物可以调节大鼠不同组织中总NOS活性,增加NO含量,延长运动至疲劳的时间。
