| 摘 要： | 本研究运用文献资料法、观察法、专家访谈法等研究方法对我国空手道队的现状进行分析,找出优势,发现存在的问题,并对其进行综合分析与讨论,从集中力量,加大投入,保证重点;运动员的选拔;训练的方法和手段;提高科研水平;教练员的执教水平和思路以及裁判员的培训等六个方面提出相应的对策,为我国空手道队早日赶超世界先进水平提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Chinese herbs as food,have many health care functions.The paper does the tests about 56 kinds of Chinese herb medicines about their calcium content through the method of atomic absorption.The findings show that those herb medicines also being foods which are beneficial to spleen,heart,lungs,liver,stomach have higher content of calcium,and if we according to comman dose choose 6 to 8 kinds of them form compound oral agents(decoction,ointment,etc.),we can get about 250 to 450mg calcium intake daily,and reach ... |
