球罐水喷雾冷却系统的喷头布置设计

摘    要:水喷雾灭火系统常用于液化气球罐的防护冷却,在球罐水喷雾灭火系统的设计中,水雾喷头的选择和布置是主要的设计难点,需要根据喷头的特性如流量系数、雾化角、有效射程的因素进行设计。通过设计实例介绍了液化气球罐水喷雾冷却系统的水雾喷头的设计选型及布置方法。

Abstract:Water spray cooling system is used to cool the LPG spherical tanks and to protect the LPG spherical tanks for fire-fighting.The selection and the layout of the spray nozzle,which is related to the flow co-efficiency,spray angle and effective range of the spray nozzle,is the primary difficulty in the design of the water spray cooling system.In this paper,the approach to select spray nozzle and arrange spray nozzle are presented in detail with a practical example.
