| 摘 要： | 体育保险欺诈是保险消费者诚信缺失的一种表现形式。随着国内体育保险业的发展,体育保险欺诈也随之而来。文章在分析界定体育保险欺诈的定义、特征及类型的基础上,提出了具体的防范体育保险欺诈的三种途径:即体育保险欺诈的测量分析法、识别技术分析法和防范法。

| Abstract: | Sports insurance cheating is insures the consumer good faith flaw one kind of manifestation.Along with domestic sports insurance industry development,sports insurance cheating also following and to serious tendency development.Through using the method literature investigation and logic analysis,in the analysis limits sports insurance cheating definition,the characteristic and in the type foundation,proposed the concrete guard sports insurance cheating three methods: namely sports insurance cheating survey analytic method,recognition technology analytic method and sports insurance cheating guard law. |
