新课程背景下体育教师培养培训一体化研究

摘    要:运用文献资料、访谈等研究方法,基于新课程实施背景,对体育教师职前培养与职后培训一体化进行探讨.教师专业化要求师范生的培养培训一体化成为必然,为了更好地利用教育资源、加强教学内容与社会实践相结合,高师院校从课程培养方案的制定、教学内容的选择、培养方法与途径、课程教学环节等方面进行革新,旨在为体育教师更好地适应基础教育课程改革,强化高师院校与中小学有机衔接奠定基础.

Research on the Integration of Cultivation and Training of PE Teachers under the Background of New Curriculum

Abstract:Using literature, interviews and other research methods, based on the background of new curriculum implementation, the integration of the cultivation and post training of PE teachers is discussed. Professional Teachers require the inevitable integration of training and training of normal school students. In order to make better use of educational resources, strengthen the integration of teaching content and social practice, the planning of teaching Course training scheme, the selection of teaching content, the training methods and curriculum teaching should be reformed, to make the PE teachers better adapt to the curriculum reform of basic education, to lay the foundation for strengthening the organic connection of college and primary and secondary schools.
