学生体质测试对体育教学的促进作用探析

摘    要:通过对学校体质测试和教学效果的分析探讨,发现学校在体育教学中有效利用体质测试的结果进行教学,可以对体育课教学起到促进作用,可以有效的提升学生体质.学校体育教师是体质测试的直接参与者,为此教师的对体质测试数据的态度和关心程度直接影响着这些数据的使用效果,体质测试作为一种反映学生身心健康状况的测试,其结果的有效利用对学校教学具有重要意义.

Abstract:Through the analysis of physical fitness test and the teaching effect, it is found that the effective sports teaching with the results of the physical tests in schools can promote PE and effectively improve the students' physical fitness. Teacher is the direct participants of physical tests, whose attitude towards physical test data and the degree of concern directly affects the use of these data. As a test of reflecting the students' physical and mental health, the effective use of physical tests result is of great significance to the school teaching.
