| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是高校学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者,是大学生的知心朋友.在社会转型和构建和谐社会的新形势下,要使思想政治工作适应时代发展的需要,应该着力加强辅导员队伍素质建设,素质乃是履行思想政治工作职责成败的关键.

| Abstract: | The heads of the Central of the Communist party of China have been all along showing concern to the ideological and political work for the college students. As the political instructors are not only the main forces in the education of ideology and politics for all the college students, but also the organizers, advocates and supervisors of the management during the ideological and political education. Besides, they are the intimate friends of the students. With the structural readjustment of the society, the instructors in the college have become more and more important. In order to find out the objective law and ultimate solution, a great number of educators, theorists and scholars attended the National Colleges Forum. Some of them suggested instructors be vocational while some suggested be professional. In my opinion, under the new situation of structural readjustment and building harmonious society, we should lay our stress to improve the quality of the instructors so as to make the ideological and political work meet the demands of the development. As we all know, the quality construction of the instructors is the key to the success of implement of the ideological and political work. |
