摘    要:采用动态热模拟试验技术探讨了经高效熔体综合处理和均匀化退火后的易拉罐用铝材在高温压缩变形过程中,变形温度和应变速率对其稳态流变应力行为的影响规律。结果表明,该材料在高温变形时的稳态流变应力与应变速率、变形温度均满足Arrhenius方程,其中更满足双曲正弦函数关系;该材料的热变形是受热激活控制的塑性变形过程。

Abstract:The influence of deformation temperature and strain rate on the steady flow stress of aluminium sheet used for easy-open cans prepared by synthetical technique of high-efficient melt-treatment of aluminium and homogenization during hot compress deformation was discussed. The result shows that the interrelations of steady flow stress, strain rate and deformation temperature can be described by Arrhenius' equation, especially by hyperbolic sine function. The result indicates that the hot deformation of the material is controlled by thermally-activated process.
