| 摘 要： | 中华基督教青年会是近代中国社会一个非常活跃的非政府组织。为了更好地融入中国社会，它进行了广泛而卓有成效的社会服务工作，学生义工服务即一种重要方式。中华基督教青年会学生义工服务是宗教性与社团性的结合，其主体为青年学生，通过会员直接参与和招募的方式多渠道、多形式进行服务，服务范围广、领域宽、贯通中外，具备很大的社会动员力和实际效力。义工服务最终起到了缓和中西文化冲突、推进中国社会进步、促进中国社会向近代转型的重要作用。

| Abstract: | The Chinese YMCA is a very active non-governmental organization of the modern Chinese society. It carried out extensive and effective social services to integrate into the Chinese society better. Student volunteer service is a significant way. Chinese YMCA student volunteer service has some characteristics as follows： It is a combination of religion and comrnunity, young students are the main body of the volunteers; services are conducted in the way of directly participating of the members with multi-channel and multi-form, volunteer service has involved a wide range and many fields. It possesses a forceful social mobilization and actual effectiveness. It runs through home and abroad. It can ease the East and West cultural conflict, push on China＇s social progress and promote the transformation of Chinese society to a modern form. |
