摘    要:图书馆一切工作应围绕着读这一中心环节进行,确定读在图书馆工作中的主体地位,以最大限度方便读为出发点和归宿。这样,图书馆才能真正实现“读至上”的服务理念。

Abstract:All of the works of the library are carried out around a crucial segment, which is the reader. In order to realize the service theory that means the reader is paramount in library administrative work, the library workers should establish the essential position of the reader in library work, and identify that the jumping-off point and desired end of the library work is facilitate the readers on the uttermost.
