| 摘 要： | 领导干部的人格力量是一种非权力性的力量,是基于领导干部的高尚人格与群众建立起来的一种感情的力量并由这种力量形成的领导威信,是一个领导者思想、道德、学识、能力、作风的综合体现.它是领导者做好思想政治工作的前提,是实现思想政治工作目标的重要条件,也是提高思想政治工作成效的有效途径.领导干部要通过培养自己的谦心、恒心、公心、善心来塑造自身高尚的人格力量.

| Abstract: | Personality strength of leading cadres is a kind of non-powerful strength basing on the high moral quality of leading cadres and a kind of strength of feelings built on the relations with the masses, from which leadership prestige is formed. And its a comprehensive reflection of a leaders thoughts, morals, knowledge and style and a premise for leaders to do ideological and political work well as well as an important condition to realize the aims of ideological and political work and an effective channel to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political work. Leading cadres should portray their high moral character strength through a heart of modest, perseverance, public spirit and mercy. |
