| Abstract: | In the case of education popularization,higher education is faced with allusion to new things and new problems of undergraduates,along with the actuality of assistant work.How assistants improve their work and boost up substantial results are pressed for resolution.Therefore,this article analyzes the factors of affecting the effects of assistant work from multi-perspectives and brings forward the particular measures of boosting up substantial results of assistant work. |
