| 摘 要： | 教育可持续发展在整个社会可持续发展中处于核心地位，发挥重要作用。“十五”以来，内蒙古的经济发展取得了令人瞩目的成就，与此同时发展的教育中还存在很多问题。建议政府有关部门加大教育投入，改善办学条件，确保我区教育适度超前发展；全面推进素质教育，深化教育改革；调整教育结构，推进教育均衡发展，加强师资队伍建设；提高教师队伍的整体素质，努力解决人民群众关心的教育问题；保证教育的公平性化领导，建立和完善为教育发展的公共管理服务体系。

| Abstract: | The sustainable development of education plays a core role in the sustainable development of the whole society. Since the 15^th National Congress of the CPC, Inner Mongolia has made great achievements in economy though there are still problems existing in developed education. In order to solve these problems, it is suggested that the government increase its investment in education and improve school - running conditions so as to ensure the ＂appropriate and advancing development＂ of education in Inner Mongolia. Besides, it is necessary to promote quality education and further educational reform ; adjust teaching setup and promote the balanced development of education; strengthen the construction and promote the quality of the teaching staff; try to solve edcuational problems concerned about by the people, guarantee the just leadership of education, and establish and perfect the public management and service systems for educational development. |
