| 摘 要： | 社会主义市场经济体制建构过程中颇为流行的社会本位价值论，个人本位价值论和能力本位价值论各有合理之处，同时也存在内在逻辑的矛盾，只有效率优先、兼顾公平的价值取向才是唯一正确的选择。

| Abstract: | In the process of establishing economy market, the popular theory of society-oriented, individual-oriented and ability-oriented has its reasonable points, and some internal contradictions of logic as well. Only by putting efficiency first, taking account of using the fair value, can we get the correct way to make a choice. |
